Trampoline Country Inc. is pleased to introduce the JumpSport Fitness Affiliate Program, specifically designed for influencers and drop shippers in both the U.S. and Canada. By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Program Details

  1. Affiliate Links and Ordering: Trampoline Country will ship JumpSport Fitness Trampolines directly to your customers within Canada through an Affiliate link provided on your website. Customers may also order directly using a specific coupon code.
  2. Shipping: Orders are shipped the next business day if inventory is available.
  3. Eligible Products for Commission: Commissions are only available on the 300 and PRO Series Fitness Trampolines.
  4. Coupon Code: Affiliates will be provided a coupon code offering $20.00 (CAD) off for all eligible orders.
  5. Commission Structure:
    • Influencers will receive 10% (CAD) commission based on the purchase price of the fitness trampoline.
    • Commissions apply only to sales of the 300 and PRO Series Fitness Trampolines and are paid out after the return period ends.
  6. Payment of Commissions:
    • Commissions will be paid at the end of each month, once the return period has passed.
    • Payments will be made via cheque in CAD, sent to the address provided by the influencer. If influencers prefer payment in USD, arrangements may be discussed and confirmed.

2. Return Policy

  1. Return Period: Customers have 2 weeks to return the fitness trampoline. To qualify for a refund, the trampoline must be returned in its original box, with all original packaging and any promotional materials.
  2. Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returns, both to and from their location.
  3. Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card) used on the website after the product has been returned and inspected.

3. Influencer Responsibilities

  • Promotion: You agree to promote the eligible JumpSport Fitness Trampolines through approved marketing methods, including the use of your affiliate link and coupon code.
  • Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations regarding advertising and promoting the affiliate program.

4. Term and Termination

  • Term: This agreement is effective upon acceptance into the Affiliate Program and remains in effect until terminated by either party.
  • Termination: Trampoline Country reserves the right to terminate the Affiliate Program or your participation in it at any time, with or without cause. You may also terminate your participation by providing written notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

Trampoline Country Inc. is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Affiliate Program.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued participation in the program after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of  Ontario, Canada without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
