All 10′ x 12′ trampolines come equipped with important information in regard to proper assembly, use and safety procedures. All supervisors and trampoline users must read this important information before any person is allowed to jump on the trampoline.
The manufacturer warrants its trampoline products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service conditions. Warranty is not extended to items such as, but not limited to, cuts, punctures, abrasions, burns or use of abrasive or caustic cleansers. The component parts are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship as follows:
Frame and Legs:
- Lifetime against rust perforation
- 10 years against defects in materials & workmanship
Bed:
- 10 years against defects in material & workmanship
- 5 years on stitching on perimeter of bed
Frame Pads:
- 5 years against defects in material & workmanship
(fading caused by UV rays not included) - 5 years on stitching
Springs:
- 10 years against breakage
All warranty coverage extends only to the original retail purchaser from the date of purchase and does not cover commercial or rental use. This warranty does not extend to any products or damage to products caused by or attributable to freight damage, misuse, abuse, improper or abnormal use, improper setup or repairs not provided by a Play Factory authorized service center. The purchaser and any user of this product hereby agrees that in exchange for this warranty coverage, they will not advance any claim for any reason, however caused, against the manufacturer., it’s officers, directors, servants and agents; including without limitation any claim for consequential loss or personal injury or death or property damage, however caused.
The manufacturer’s obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing the defective component, at Play Factory’s option, at one of it’s authorized service centers. Replacement components may include reconditioned or new parts. Any products for which a warranty claim is being made must be received by the manufacturer at one of its’ authorized service centers, freight prepaid, and accompanied by sufficient proof of purchase. All items returned for a warranty claim must be pre-authorized by the manufacturer.
